Delete your Soina account

In the app (fastest)

• Open Soina (phone app or soina.app) and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Privacy & data.
• Choose “Delete account and data” and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

E-mail us from the address linked to your account: contact@soina.app, subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account within 14 days and confirm by e-mail.

What we delete

Your profile, settings, ritual check-ins, reminders, skin analysis results, consents and notification subscriptions. Backups are cleared within 14 days.

What remains

The salon your card was connected to keeps its own visit records, no longer linked to your account. You can ask the salon directly to delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
